What courses and durations do you offer?
Courses include 100-, 200-, 300-, and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTTC) programs. The 200-hour course is about 25 days; the 300- and 500-hour ones are longer. There are also shorter and special theme courses (advance body opening, Ashtanga, etc.) and retreats.
What credentials do I get?
You receive a certificate registered with Yoga Alliance, USA. This is recognised globally for teaching and is useful for instructors, studios, and future trainings.
What is included in the cost / fee?
Typically included are lodging (shared/twin/private as per your choice), three vegetarian meals a day, daily yoga & meditation classes, course materials, some excursions, and basic amenities (water, WiFi, mats etc.). Extras like single private rooms, special foods or outside travel may cost more.

When do batches start and what’s the best time to go?
Batches typically begin monthly for 200-hour courses, and schedules for 300/500-hour follow their calendar. Best seasons are spring (Feb-April) and autumn (Sept-Nov) when weather is pleasant. Monsoon (July-Aug) tends to be rainy but also lush and peaceful.
What about drop-in classes or staying shorter?
Yes — there are drop-in / short stay options. If you want to sample daily yoga, meditation or workshops, you can often pay per class or stay a few days, depending on availability.

Be sure to carry valid travel documents, check visa requirements if you’re international; bring any personal medicine; stay hydrated; respect local customs (on modest dress, cleanliness, etc.).
