Valid government photo ID is mandatory (PAN cards not accepted).
Local IDs are not accepted.
Visitors are not allowed beyond reception areas.

General Guidelines

Toiletries are not provided; please carry your own essentials.
Pets are welcome in private rooms at INR 500/day/pet.
Alcohol and smoking are prohibited within the premises.

Payment & Cancellation Policies

Free Cancellation/Modification: Up to 15 days (360 hours) before check-in.
Refunds may take up to 15 days to reflect in your account.
No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
