- Valid government photo ID is mandatory (PAN cards not accepted).
- Local IDs are not accepted.
- Visitors are not allowed beyond reception areas.

- Toiletries are not provided; please carry your own essentials.
- Pets are welcome in private rooms at INR 500/day/pet.
- Alcohol and smoking are prohibited within the premises.
Payment & Cancellation Policies
- Free Cancellation/Modification: Up to 15 days (360 hours) before check-in.
- Refunds may take up to 15 days to reflect in your account.
- No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
