Do I need yoga experience to join the 200-hour teacher training?
No — our 200-hour program is beginner-friendly. We build from fundamentals and support every student, no matter their starting level.
Is the ashram safe, especially for solo women travelers?
Yes. Many solo female students report feeling secure and supported. Rooms are on campus, staff are attentive, and the environment is community-oriented.
What kind of accommodation and amenities are provided?
Options include shared, bunk, or single rooms with insulated windows. Amenities include A/C, heating, Wi-Fi, filtered water, hot showers, and weekly linen changes.
How long is the 200-hour teacher training, and when are batches offered?
Our standard RYT-200 course typically runs for ~25 days. We host multiple batches throughout the year, and occasionally offer an Italian-language edition.
Will I get a recognized certificate after I finish?
Yes — upon successful completion, you’ll receive a Yoga Alliance–recognised certificate (you can register as RYT-200 globally).
Can I join for just a few days (retreat / ashram stay) without doing teacher training?
Absolutely. Our retreat and ashram-stay programs are available year-round and ideal for all levels.
What’s included in the training cost (meals, books, transfers)?
Typically included: vegetarian meals, accommodation, class materials, and basic facilities. Optional extras: airport transfers, extra therapies, travel.
