Who can join your teacher training programs?
Anyone from beginner to advanced. Our 100-hour and 200-hour courses are beginner-friendly; higher-hour courses deepen existing practice. We support all levels.
What durations and levels of training are available?
We offer 100-, 200-, 300- and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Courses. You can choose depending on your schedule, commitment, and current level.
Are your certifications recognised globally?
Yes. All major courses are registered with Yoga Alliance, assuring that your certificate is accepted internationally.
What is included in the fee?
Accommodation (shared or private), meals, yoga classes, teaching materials, workshops, anatomy & philosophy lectures, and access to props and amenities. Extras (private room, special therapies) may cost more.
What is the accommodation & food like?
Rooms are designed to be peaceful, clean, and comfortable. Meals are vegetarian / sattvic, freshly made; dietary restrictions accommodated where possible.
What style(s) of yoga do you teach?
We teach a multi-style blend: Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, plus kriya, meditation, pranayama, philosophy, and supportive practices like sodhana. The “3 Yoga Method” is our special integrated approach.
When is the best time to attend? What’s the weather like?
Best times are spring (March-May) and autumn (September-November). These seasons have pleasant weather for yoga & outdoor classes. Monsoon (June-Aug) can be wet; winters may be cold mornings and evenings.
How do I get there & what about local transport?
The nearest major airport is Jolly Grant (Dehradun); you’ll then take taxi/shuttle to Rishikesh. Once in Rishikesh, local transport or walking may be used. We can provide directions or assistance if needed.
Can I do shorter stays or drop-in classes instead of full TTC?
Yes. We often offer retreats, meditation or yoga packages for shorter stays. Drop-in classes depend on schedule & availability. Contact us in advance to see what fits your timing.
How should I prepare before arriving?
Some prep helps: start with basic yoga & breathing practices; bring comfortable yoga clothes; pack modest clothes for spiritual or temple visits; a personal mat if you prefer; any medications; ensure your travel documents/visa are arranged; and come with an open mindset.
