FAQ's
What types of courses do you offer, and what are their durations?
We offer multiple levels: 100-hour, 200-hour, 300-hour, and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Courses (YTTCs), plus short retreats (3-, 5-, 7-day) in Rishikesh and other locations.
Do I need prior yoga experience?
Not at all. Beginners are very welcome. The courses are structured to allow everyone to grow, with modifications, gentle progressions, and plenty of support from teachers.
What is the Yoga Alliance certification, and why is it important?
Yoga Alliance is an international standard body that ensures teacher trainings meet certain educational, ethical, and professional criteria. Being certified means your qualification is recognized globally, and it helps you teach or work in many countries or studios.
Where exactly are your centers located?
Our primary location is in Rishikesh, in a peaceful area by the Ganges with scenic views, clean surroundings, and spiritual energy. We also operate in Goa, and are expanding into Dharamkot (Himachal Pradesh) and Nepal.
What kind of accommodation and meals will I have?
You’ll stay in clean, comfortable rooms (shared or private options). Meals are vegetarian and crafted from fresh, local ingredients. If you have dietary preferences (vegan, gluten-free etc.), do let us know in advance.
How large are each batch and how much personal attention will I receive?
Batches are intentionally kept small so instructors can give attention to alignment, technique, emotional wellbeing, and individual growth. Many students comment on feeling personally supported.
What styles of yoga are taught, and will I learn more than just asana?
Yes. You’ll learn Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, aerial/acro yoga, meditation, pranayama, yoga philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and more — all woven together for a comprehensive experience.
Can I teach yoga professionally after completing your program?
Yes. Our courses being Yoga Alliance certified mean you’ll earn credentials recognizable in many parts of the world, which helps when applying to teach, joining studios, or even starting your own classes.
What should I bring and how to prepare before arrival?
Yoga clothes (layered: mornings can be cool, afternoons warm) Your own mat and props if you prefer (though school has equipment) Personal toiletries, any prescribed medication Water bottle, journal/notebook, modest clothing for travel around town An open heart: willingness to explore, to disconnect, to learn
How much does a course cost, and what is included/excluded?
Course fees typically cover the training, meals, accommodation, and access to school facilities. Retreats might include extra perks (e.g. excursions, special workshops). Extras such as airport transfers, private room upgrades, or activities outside of schedule may cost extra. Always check the batch details before booking.
